Vanilla Oyster is a vanilla cream center covered in Milk Chocolate then rolled in crushed peanuts. They are only available January through April. Because they are a time consuming piece of chocolate to make. Some people buy them to freeze so they have them for Christmas. Just put them in an air tight container to freeze and when you would like to serve them, put in refrigerator to room temperature to gradually thaw. I can't help myself sometimes, because I love them frozen too.
