Oysters

Oysters are made middle of January and run through Easter. No they are not from the Ocean. What is an oyster? It is a vanilla cream center covered in milk chocolate then rolled in finely crushed peanuts or a double chocolate center covered in milk chocolate then rolled in finely crushed peanuts. Some people buy them and put them in their freezers so they have them for Christmas. You can freeze any of the chocolates, you just need to put them in an air tight container. Then when you would like to serve them you need to take them to the refrigerator and then to room temperature. They just need to thaw out gradually. So get them while you can because they are delicious.
